Home & Business Aquaponics Design Contractors in Boca Raton. Aquaponics is a self-sustainable ecosystem. You feed the fish, the fish produce waste. You pump the water up and it creates a waterfall that oxygenates the water. The plants are placed in gravel (no dirt) the water flows through the gravel where the plants are located. This waters and fertilizes the plants then waterfalls back to the pond/tank to oxygenate to water for the fish. To sum it up, you feed the fish, the fish feed the plants, the plants and fish feed you. Perfect ! You can have an aquaponics system that does not use fish. Organic fertilizers are added to the system. We are Landscape Design, Contractors, Maintenance and Consultants.
Hydroponics Systems is a self-sustainable system, which is the growing of plants in soilless mediums, or in an environment that is aquatic based. Unlike Aquaponics that uses fish for its nutrients and minerals, Hydroponic growing uses mineral nutrient solutions that you add to feed the plants in water, without soil.
For those of us who love growing plants in a controlled environment indoors, this is indeed a great method. You are no longer limited by climate or by season to grow your desired type plant. You can now grow virtually any plant at virtually any time of the year – the only limitation is our imagination. The simple, effective hydroponic systems now available, coupled with modern LED horticultural lighting, have transformed our hobby and freed us to grow our favorite plants where and when we choose. Hydroponics with artificial LED lighting will actually produce a healthier, stronger plant than with using natural light. LED is low energy cost and does not emit the heat of typical lighting fixtures.
Aquaponics Systems are organic growing systems. Both organic plants and organic fish. The fish produce the fertilizers that feed your plants. If you love fish and have the knack to grow them is is a great self-sustainable system that will produce plants 4 to 5 faster than conventional methods and organically.
Imagine having a beautiful outdoor landscape or indoor with a water feature that is also an edible garden.

Home aquaponics can be beautiful ! We can convert your pond, landscape, fish tank into an aquaponics garden that feeds you. My knowledge of aquaponics started when I was just a kid back when no one heard of aquaponics. It was actually developed thousands of years ago. Only recently has America become aware of its importance.
I started Asheville Aquaponics less than a decade ago out of my garage in Asheville, NC, more of a hobby than a business. After seeing how much interest there was in aquaponics I moved to a 5-acre location in Mills River, NC.
This location had 3 acres of farm land, one-acre film covered greenhouse, 60' x 60' glass greenhouse with a retail store, a micro green and mushroom growing section. We designed aquaponics system, sold supplies and organic Tilapia, both alive and a processing facility for our organically grown Tilapia. We sold organically grown greens to the local restaurants and walk-in customers. I had clients from around the USA and around the world. We were the only location that you could purchase all of your aquaponics needs, one stop shopping ! Unfortunately, my mother's health became an issue, she now being 96, I needed to close my doors to help her in Boca Raton, Fl. Now I'm in Boca Raton, Florida offering my expertise in aquaponics and hydroponics.
Types of aquaponics system designs - Living Walls, Vertical Growing, Tube, Pond, Tank or combined all-in-one. There are no limits.
